Follow these instructions carefully:
1. Install and run the LG Support tool downloaded earlier and choose Application, Manual and USB driver download from the Customer Support menu.
2. Type in your phone's IMEI number in the box provided and click the spy glass button (To find your IMEI number dial *#06# on your mobile and it will appear on the screen).
3. Double click 'USB driver download' which will appear in the download box, choose an easy- to- find location to save the file by clicking the yellow folder icon at the top of the download box, then press the Download button.
4. Install the USB flash loader software (contained in a folder in the file download in step 3).
5. Switch off the phone and leave it off. Do not switch it on until you complete step 17.
6. Plug the USB cable in the computer and phone - wait for it to install all the drivers loaded at step 4.
7. Unplug the phone and leave it switched off
8. Create a new folder on your computer (I suggest c:\ks360)
9. Double click the Orange Firmware cab file downloaded earlier
10. Select all the files in the cab file. Copy and paste them in the folder c:\ks360 - you will need to click save file a number of times.
11. Unzip and run the extract program downloaded earlier- Type c:\ks360\Inf_WebDnld.dll and press enter
- Type c:\ks360\V10G.wdb and press enter
- Type V10G_04 and press enter
- Press enter (and wait a few moments)
13. Extract all the files from the LG Utils zip file downloaded earlier
